Bandai Namco Entertainment America has released a new trailer for Tekken 8, featuring the character Paul Phoenix. The game is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with no official release date announced yet.

Fans of the long-running fighting game series will be happy to hear that several fan-favorite characters will be returning as playable characters, including Jin Kazama, Kazuya Mishima, Jun Kazama, Paul Phoenix, Marshall Law, King, Lars Alexandersson, and Jack-8. Nina Williams was also recently announced as a playable character during the Tekken World Tour Final 2022 event.

Tekken 7, the previous installment in the series, launched back in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. The game has remained popular with fans, and its competitive scene has continued to thrive with the Tekken World Tour tournament series.

In addition to the upcoming Tekken 8 game, fans can also check out the Tekken: Bloodline anime series on Netflix. The anime follows the storyline of the Tekken 3 fighting game and premiered on the streaming platform in August 2022.

With the return of beloved characters and the promise of new gameplay features, Tekken 8 is sure to be an exciting addition to the long-running fighting game franchise.
